At Tactiv Studios, Figma is our go-to design tool. We prioritize delivering top-notch designs to clients by following a standard and efficient approach in creating and delivering products. To keep our branding consistent, we set up a design system before starting any project. We stick to this system, making sure our designs follow the same rules and look cohesive from the beginning to the end of the project.

As our primary tool for UI and UX design, we ensure dynamic updates by using components and variants. These practices enable us to maintain a swift design pace, especially when updates are needed.
auto layout
We use autolayout to make sure things look neat and tidy in our designs. It helps us keep a consistent spacing style, making everything look good without consuming so much time to do it.
Product manager
In a dual role as Product Manager and Designer, I seized the opportunity to align design concepts with development efforts. Leading cross-functional meetings, I ensured approved designs seamlessly translated into the final product. This experience not only enhanced my design skills but also provided a valuable opportunity to showcase my project management expertise, bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution.
Tickets
We used Jira by Atlassian to organize tasks well. The Sprints feature helped share tasks evenly. Jira's ticket system made responsibilities clear, and for keeping project records, we used Confluence. It made documenting project needs easy and clear for everyone.
Meetings
Every Monday, I set tasks and answer questions in a planning meeting. On Fridays, we review what we've done and discuss any pending tasks in a retrospective. It keeps our team on track and communicating effectively.
Testings
After successfully completing a task in a ticket, my next step involves a thorough review on the testing server. I meticulously check to ensure that the task is not only pixel-perfect, accurately representing the original design from Figma, but also functions seamlessly according to the defined criteria. This attention to detail in the testing phase guarantees a high standard of both visual and functional excellence in our project deliverables.

HOME LOAN APP
Home Browsing App, a mobile application dedicated to browsing diverse housing options, enables users to explore houses, apartments, condos, and more. The app facilitates users in the process of either buying or loaning a property, contingent upon meeting required documentation and successfully completing onboarding questions. Complemented by a web dashboard for developers and banks, the platform streamlines profile checks and approvals.
My role in this project involved contributing to the research process for the developer's dashboard. We successfully crafted a design that aligns with the agenda, facilitating developers in their tasks. Additionally, I played a part in creating components within the design system, design pages in mobile app and web dashboard.
The overarching goal is to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring they encounter a user-friendly interface without any sense of monotony. Similarly, the dashboard design aims to streamline the process of verifying the legitimacy of inquiries, distinguishing genuine buyers or loan applicants.

HRMS (Human resource management system)
HRMS is a local project commissioned by a client in General Santos City. This Human Resources Management System oversees attendance tracking, leave and absence requests, incident reporting, leave approval processes, and the input of personal data sheets for newly hired employees.
The existing process faced challenges with manual attendance tracking, leading to issues such as delays in salary processing and the approval of invalid leave requests. The goal was to address these challenges by implementing a dynamic data update system, reducing errors, and enhancing the convenience of filling out forms.
As the product manager of the development team, I organized tasks by creating detailed tickets for developers upon the approval of designs. Another integral aspect of my responsibilities was conducting comprehensive testing of the web application post-launch on the staging server. Additionally, I was also working as a designer, to craft specific pages for the system, ensuring seamless integration of design and development efforts.

Wealth management systems
Wealth management systems is a Fintech company specializing in health-focused investments, with various brands sharing the same investment identity.
The primary focus of this project was designing dashboards and presenting data effectively through graphs, KPIs, and charts. The goal was to optimize and ensure compatibility with various chart displays.
I successfully designed dashboards and converted numerous paper forms into digital formats, ensuring a responsive design from web to mobile. Additionally, I worked on Pitch Decks for presentations, used Adobe Indesign for printing documents, managed legal documents with Docusign, and created landing pages with Webflow.
IOS mobile Fitness App
This project involves creating an all-in-one fitness app for iOS, encompassing workouts, breathwork, meditation, fasting, and nutrition. The app aims to guide users new to a healthy lifestyle, especially those without fitness equipment.
The project's objective is to ensure a well-designed app with a user-friendly approach. This includes researching similar apps to understand successful executions and adhering to iOS design guidelines for Apple products.
In this project, I oversee the overall look and feel of the design, ensuring consistency throughout the app. My responsibilities extend to creating thumbnails for workouts, defining the user experience, and managing app navigation and behavior through prototypes. Additionally, I handle the creation of app screenshots designs with the required dimensions for the Play Store and develop landing pages and a blogs CMS using Webflow.

This project involves developing an online job booking platform with rideshare and a marketplace for tools connected with the offered jobs. The app aims to create opportunities in countries with fewer job prospects.
The project's goal is to design a web application that facilitates seamless communication between clients and taskers. It encompasses the entire process from creating a task to payment and receiving the paid amount.
In this project, I served as the product manager for the development team. My responsibilities included creating tickets, testing, and assisting with some design aspects.
